Solar Design Engineer
Design residential and commercial rooftop solar PV systems using industry-standard software. Perform shading analysis, energy yield estimation, and prepare technical drawings for DISCOM submissions.
Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with PVSyst, HelioScope, or similar design tools
- Knowledge of NEC/IEC standards and Indian grid codes
- Understanding of DISCOM net metering application process
- AutoCAD proficiency for single-line diagrams and layout drawings
Site Supervisor - Solar Installation
Supervise end-to-end rooftop solar installation projects. Coordinate with clients, manage installation teams, ensure quality and safety compliance, and handle DISCOM inspection coordination.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Hands-on experience with rooftop solar EPC (minimum 20+ installations)
- Knowledge of structural mounting, AC/DC cabling, inverter commissioning
- Familiarity with safety protocols (work at height, electrical safety)
- Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel across NCR
Solar Sales Consultant
Generate leads, conduct site visits, present solar proposals, and close residential/commercial deals. Explain subsidy benefits, financing options, and ROI to prospective customers.
Requirements:
- Any graduate; MBA a plus
- Proven track record in B2C/B2B sales (solar/real estate/insurance preferred)
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English
- Self-driven with own vehicle for client meetings
- Familiarity with PM Surya Ghar subsidy scheme a strong advantage
Project Coordinator
Coordinate project timelines from survey to commissioning. Liaise with clients, vendors, DISCOMs, and internal teams. Track permits, net metering applications, subsidy documentation, and handover.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline; engineering background preferred
- Strong organisational skills with experience in project coordination
- Familiarity with DISCOM processes, net metering, and subsidy paperwork
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple parallel projects with competing deadlines
