1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Aviraj Solar website (avirajsolar.in), our solar savings calculator, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Customer,” or “you”) and Aviraj Solar EPC Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), registered at Aviraj Solar EPC Private Limited, UGF 01H, DesignArch Apartments, Surajpur Site-C, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201308, India.

2. Services Description

We provide the following services through our website and directly:

• Solar Savings Calculator: An estimation tool for indicative system sizing, savings, and subsidy amounts
• Lead Generation: Quote requests, site survey scheduling, and consultation booking
• Solar EPC Services: End-to-end design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of rooftop solar systems
• Subsidy Processing: Assistance with PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana application and CFA claim
• Net Metering Coordination: Liaison with DISCOM for net meter approval and synchronization
• Financing Facilitation: Introduction to partner lenders for solar loans (subject to lender approval)

We make no guarantee that estimated savings, generation, or subsidy amounts will be achieved.

4. Quote & Site Survey Process

1. Initial Quote: Based on calculator inputs or basic information provided
2. Site Survey: Our engineer visits to assess roof structure, shading, electrical infrastructure
3. Final Design & Quote: Detailed engineering design with firm pricing
4. Agreement Signing: Formal EPC contract with scope, timeline, and payment terms
5. Advance Payment: As per agreed payment schedule (see Section 7)
6. Installation: Procurement, mounting, wiring, inverter setup, earthing
7. Inspection & Net Meter: DISCOM inspection, net meter installation, synchronization
8. Commissioning: System handover, monitoring setup, documentation
9. Subsidy Claim: CFA application submission and follow-up

5. Subsidy (PM Surya Ghar) — Important Terms

• Scheme is residential-only; commercial/industrial properties are not eligible
• Applicant must be the property owner with a valid electricity connection in their name
• System must use ALMM-listed modules and be installed by a DISCOM/State Nodal Agency empanelled installer
• Subsidy is capped at ₹78,000 for 3 kW and above (₹30k for 1 kW, ₹60k for 2 kW)
• Subsidy is disbursed via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to the applicant’s bank account
• Timeline: Typically 30 days after net meter sync and claim submission
• We assist with paperwork but cannot guarantee subsidy approval or timing — final decision rests with government authorities

6. Typical Timeline

End-to-end process typically takes 90–120 days from agreement signing to subsidy disbursement:

• Feasibility & Registration: ~15 days
• Design & Approvals: ~15 days
• Installation: 30–45 days
• Inspection & Net Meter: ~30 days
• Subsidy Disbursement: ~30 days

Timelines are estimates and may vary due to DISCOM processing, weather, material availability, or regulatory changes.

7. Payment Terms

Standard payment schedule (customizable per project):

• 30% advance upon agreement signing (material procurement)
• 50% on material delivery at site (modules, inverter, structure)
• 20% on commissioning (after successful synchronization and handover)

For financed projects, payment aligns with lender disbursement schedule. Subsidy amount is credited to the customer’s bank account directly by the government; loan EMIs are calculated on the net cost (after subsidy).

8. Warranties

• Solar Modules: 25-year performance warranty (linear degradation), 10–12 year product warranty
• Inverter: 5–10 year manufacturer warranty (extendable)
• Structure/Mounting: 5–10 year warranty against structural defects
• Workmanship/Installation: 1–5 year warranty on installation quality
• Balance of System (cables, connectors, etc.): As per manufacturer terms

Warranty claims are processed through respective manufacturers. We facilitate but are not the warrantor for equipment.

9. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information for feasibility and subsidy application
• Grant safe, timely roof access for survey, installation, and maintenance
• Obtain necessary approvals from housing society/RWA (if applicable)
• Maintain clear access to electrical panel and meter room
• Make payments per agreed schedule
• Notify us promptly of any system issues or performance concerns

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total contract value
• We are not liable for delays caused by DISCOM, government authorities, force majeure, or third parties
• Generation estimates are not guaranteed; actual output varies by environmental factors

11. Intellectual Property

All content, calculator algorithms, designs, logos, and trademarks on this website are the property of Aviraj Solar EPC Private Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our website/services for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the website ceases immediately. Sections 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
